With more than 30 years of experience across sectors and geographies, I support clients through leadership and organizational transformation. I work with international senior leaders and teams as they navigate complexity, uncertainty, and high-stakes challenges, helping them find ways of leading that are more aligned, creative, and grounded in confidence.
My career spans industry, academia, consulting—including nine years at McKinsey & Company—and entrepreneurship, as co-founder of Sapiens Leadership and founder of Work Your Talents. These different experiences, together with my personal background—a mix of French, Chilean, and Belgian cultures—have shaped the way I approach my work: with curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in understanding the worlds my clients operate in.
My academic foundation includes a degree in Business Engineering, an MBA, and a university diploma in Leadership & Coaching. I am certified as an Ontological Coach, Embodiment Coach, Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner, in Immunity to Change (Vertical Development), MBTI, and the Cultural Orientations Framework (Rosinski & Company).
