With 30 years of work experience — including 13 years coaching leaders and organizations — I work with senior leaders, executive teams, and their organizations to create leadership and cultural transformations that drive positive impact.

My natural curiosity and life itself have opened doors to opportunities across diverse sectors, roles, and geographies. With a background that includes consulting at McKinsey & Company and senior management positions, I bring strategic depth, a deeply human approach, and cross-cultural fluency to my clients.

I am a Business Engineer and hold an MBA, a university diploma in Leadership & Coaching, and certifications as an Ontological Coach, Embodiment Coach, and Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner. I am also certified in Immunity to Change (Vertical Development) and MBTI— and I am constantly learning new tools and approaches to better serve my clients.

Honesty, curiosity, empathy, and integrity guide my work. A strong drive to make a difference keeps me from feeling easily satisfied and pushes me to do better, day after day.

Work is very important to me — but it’s not all there is to life! When not working, you’ll find me at home with my family, watching a good film, reading at least two books in parallel, jogging through the city or in nature, going for a long walk, enjoying Belgian chocolate, or sharing a good meal with friends and family. On vacation, you’ll find me discovering new places, new people, and new ways of living each time.
